The political file and bilateral relations in the embassy
The person in charge of the file manages the following works:
• Dealing with the notes of the Yemeni and Turkish ministries related to political matters, international organizations, delegation visits, statements and political reports issued by the two ministries.
• Preparing qualitative political reports and annual reports according to the Ministry's models, in coordination with the rest of the departments.
• Preparing and accompanying the ambassador on official visits and international conferences or attending on his behalf with an official mandate and submitting reports and media coverage.
• Managing the embassy's social networking sites (Facebook and Twitter) in coordination with the media attache.
• Forming a point of contact between our embassy, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs to coordinate and register participating delegations from our country and official bilateral visits at all levels.
• Follow up on the file of international organizations (the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international organizations accredited to Turkey).
• Evaluating the situation of Turkish civil society organizations wishing to register and open a headquarters in Yemen according to the standards of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
• Responsible for the human rights file
One of the most important tasks of the cultural department is to highlight the common cultural and historical denominators between Yemen and Turkey, and to revive ways of cultural cooperation between the two countries at the official and popular levels.

Introducing the bright face of Yemen, present and civilization, and promoting respect for the foreign public opinion for the culture of our country and our people. And also establishing relationships with various media institutions in the country of accreditation
Following up the cases of Yemeni patients in Turkey and coordinating with Turkish hospitals regarding accepting patients for treatment as needed. Follow up on scientific developments in the health fields and transfer them to the concerned authorities.
The attaché is concerned with upgrading and developing bilateral relations between the two countries in the military and security field, attending official events dedicated to defense, training and qualification, and providing the necessary advice on the military and security aspect to the head of the mission in order to develop the level of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The embassy serves its nationals in accordance with the regulations and controls through its attachés.
